MEET THE OWNER

Lighthouse Real Estate Owner, Eric Herr, graduated from Williamsport Community College with an Associates of Applied Science in Building Construction Technology Degree.  He brings with him over 35 years of Construction and maintenance experience to the LHRE team. Eric is a licensed Real Estate Agent and investor in real estate properties with his wife, Wendy. His first hand experience in real estate investing makes Eric intuitive when it comes to the needs of property owners and landlords.
